Physical therapist working with a CrossFit athlete

MEET YOUR PROVIDER

DR. NINA BENDIXEN, PT

Hi, I'm Nina! 👋🏼

I’m the founder of Obsidian Physical Therapy, and I help CrossFit athletes, runners, and active adults get out of pain and return to full training—without constant modifications or fear of re-injury.

Most of the people I work with are motivated to stay active—but feel stuck. They’ve dealt with recurring knee, hip, shoulder, or back pain. They’ve tried resting, stretching, or “scaling it back”… but every time they start building momentum again, the pain comes right back.

I believe you don’t need to stop training—you need a better plan.

My approach combines hands-on care, detailed movement assessment, and progressive strength programming. I focus on how your body handles load—not just where it hurts—so you can rebuild capacity, move confidently, and actually trust your body again.

All sessions are one-on-one in a gym-based setting, so your rehab directly translates to how you lift, run, and train.

If you’re ready to stop working around pain and get back to training the way you want to, I’d love to help you get there.
